A fair comparison starts with the details.

If you have a current written quote for comparable diamond jewellery, send it to us. We will examine the details and confirm in writing whether we can match the price.

How we compare two pieces

A fair comparison includes the diamond’s origin, shape, carat, colour, clarity and grading report where applicable; the metal purity and weight; setting and workmanship; taxes, delivery and after-sales terms. Similar photographs alone are not enough to establish that two pieces are equivalent.

What our price promise means

We are happy to review a like-for-like written quotation. We can match when the complete specification, availability and terms allow us to do so, and only after we confirm the matched price in writing. We do not guarantee a lower price than every seller or match an offer with missing or incomparable details.

How to request a review

1. Share a written quote or product link with full specifications.
2. Tell us the design, size and delivery date you need.
3. We will review availability and reply with our quotation.

A match is offered only when Saffron confirms the comparable specifications and price in writing. It is not an automatic checkout discount.
